We offer a variety of workshops and sessions to fit the needs of your individual educational setting. 

Story Structure Programme

Our 6 x 1 hour Story Structure Programme is perfect for teaching the basics of story structure in a visual and fun way. We cover setting, character, problem and resolution using fun and imaginative teaching techniques from chalking to story mountains!

Over the 6 sessions the pupils in your setting will be introduced to the picture stones and how we use them to create stories. They will be taking part in games to learn about characters, good and bad, how introducing a problem into your story creates interest and that story endings can be happy, sad funny or maybe it's not the ending after all!

We compliment their current level of learning  and understanding and are always encouraging the use of adjectives at all levels of learning  to bring richness to their stories. 

Individual Workshops

Our individual workshops are perfect additions to our story structure programme and a great way to really embed the children's learning. 

During our individual workshops which can be between 30 minutes and 2 hours we focus on creating fun and crazy stories using the stones which can be verbal or written depending on the age and abilities of the children at the workshops.

Our individual workshops are perfect to run as a club that wraps around the main school day such as lunchtime or afterschool. They are also a lovely addition to any holiday club and give the children who enjoy a quieter workshop the chance to be creative with their imaginations.
